Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, getting an 80.8 score against 79.2. Despite of the fact Samsung Galaxy S5 is noticeably older and just a bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, it's construction is still somewhat lighter. Samsung Galaxy S5 features a much better looking screen than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a higher display pixel density.
The Galaxy S5 features a little faster processing unit than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra GPU. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro features a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S5, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 2800mAh. The Galaxy S5 has a slightly better camera than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a way smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy S5 also counts with a larger camera sensor shooting higher quality photographs and a way more MP back camera.
