The Apple iPhone XS is a bit better than Huawei Mate 10, getting a general score of 84.2 against 78.9. The Apple iPhone XS construction is newer, just a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than Huawei Mate 10. Huawei Mate 10 counts with a little bit better screen than iPhone XS, because it has a little bit more brightness, a bit higher 1440 x 2560px resolution, a little bit bigger display and a just a little more pixels per display inch.
Apple iPhone XS counts with a better processor than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Apple iPhone XS also counts with a 64-bit CPU. The Huawei Mate 10 features a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Apple iPhone XS, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Huawei Mate 10 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 256 GB.
Huawei Mate 10 has a much longer battery performance than Apple iPhone XS, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2659mAh. The Apple iPhone XS counts with a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a 12 mega-pixels camera in the back, the Apple iPhone XS also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rate and a bigger camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photographs.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei Mate 10. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone XS, else you can save some dollars and buy the Huawei Mate 10, resigning some specs and features.
