Google Pixel 5 has an overall score of 89, which is much better than the Huawei Mate 10's general score of 78.9. Google Pixel 5's design is noticeably newer, somewhat lighter and a little thinner than the Huawei Mate 10. Google Pixel 5 features a little faster processing unit than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Google Pixel 5 also has 4 GB more RAM.
The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a more vivid display than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a just a little better display pixel density. Huawei Mate 10 has a slightly bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 5, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
Google Pixel 5 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 10, because it has a 4080mAh battery size. The Google Pixel 5 takes a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Google Pixel 5 also counts with higher 60 fps video frame rates, a better resolution camera and a bigger back camera sensor.
Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei Mate 10. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Huawei Mate 10, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
