Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a bit better than Huawei Mate 10, having an 82.9 score against 78.9. Although the Huawei Mate 20 Pro is newer than Huawei Mate 10, it is just a bit thicker and just a little heavier. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a bit superior CPU than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has more RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate 10 has just a bit better display than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a bit smaller screen, a little lower resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a just a little lower number of pixels per inch of display. Huawei Mate 20 Pro takes much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also counts with a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels and a lot larger sensor shooting way higher quality pictures and videos.
The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a slightly better storage to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 10, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei Mate 10. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Huawei Mate 10, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
