Comparison review
The Huawei P30 has a global score of 81.7, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10's 78.9 global score. The Huawei P30 design is newer, somewhat lighter and a bit thinner than Huawei Mate 10. These phones include the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect.
The Huawei Mate 10 features a better display than Huawei P30, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560. The Huawei P30 counts with a bit faster CPU than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P30 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei P30 counts with a way better camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for shooting photos and/or video in low light environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P30 also counts with a way higher resolution camera in the back and a much bigger camera sensor.
The Huawei Mate 10 has slightly more storage capacity to install applications and games than Huawei P30, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei Mate 10 features a bit longer battery duration than Huawei P30, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei Mate 10. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Huawei Mate 10, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
