The Huawei P40 Lite has a general score of 79.5, which is slightly better than Huawei Mate 10's 78.9 global score. Huawei P40 Lite is a a lot newer and a little lighter phone than Huawei Mate 10, but it is a little bit thicker. These devices use the same Android 10 operating system, so both should offer very similar OS features.
Huawei P40 Lite's processing unit is just as good as the processor in Huawei Mate 10, and although the Huawei P40 Lite has a larger amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Huawei Mate 10 features a brighter display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel number in each screen inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px.

The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a bit superior battery performance than Huawei Mate 10, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Huawei P40 Lite costs a bit more money than the Huawei Mate 10, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
