Huawei Mate 10 is slightly better than LG G7 One, getting a 78.9 score against 76.8. Although it's the best cellphone in this comparison review, we must tell that it is also an older, somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker cellphone. Both of these phones include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect.
The Huawei Mate 10 has a little more vivid screen than LG G7 One, although it has a quite smaller screen, a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a bit less pixels per inch in the display. The LG G7 One features a bit faster CPU than Huawei Mate 10. Both have 8 processing cores and 4 GB of RAM memory.
The LG G7 One shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the LG G7 One also counts with a much better resolution back camera.
