The Huawei Mate 10 has a global score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than nubia Red Magic 5S's 76.2 overall score. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. The Huawei Mate 10 construction is somewhat thinner and lighter than the nubia Red Magic 5S, although it was released many years before.
Nubia Red Magic 5S counts with just a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the nubia Red Magic 5S also has a larger amount of RAM. The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a little more vivid screen than nubia Red Magic 5S, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little brighter screen, a better pixels quantity in each display inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a slightly better memory capacity for games and applications than nubia Red Magic 5S, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Nubia Red Magic 5S takes a lot better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for taking pictures and/or video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution, a lot bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a lot higher video quality.
The nubia Red Magic 5S features a bit longer battery life than Huawei Mate 10, because it has a 13% larger battery capacity.
