The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is much better than Huawei Mate 10, getting a score of 90.8 against 78.9. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE's design is way newer, but just a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier than the Huawei Mate 10. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has 11 version while Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10 version, giving you lots of additional features and better performance.
The Galaxy S20 FE has just a bit better performance than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S20 FE also has a greater amount of RAM.
