Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is way better than Huawei Mate 10's 78.9 overall score. These phones include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version and Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10 version. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is noticeably newer, but somewhat heavier and a little thicker than Huawei Mate 10.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a quite smaller display, a little bit lower 1440 x 2560px resolution and a little bit worse pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1000 GB and more internal memory capacity. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 10, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a very superior camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a much larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a way more mega-pixels back facing camera.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Huawei Mate 10, giving up some features and specifications.
