Galaxy S8 Active has a global score of 81.9, which is a bit better than Huawei Mate 10's 78.9 global score. Although it's the best phone in this comparison review, the Galaxy S8 Active is a thicker and heavier phone than the Huawei Mate 10. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active counts with a processor that's just as good as the Huawei Mate 10 one, both of them have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core CPU.
Huawei Mate 10 counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a bit worse screen density and a bit lower 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a little bigger display. Galaxy S8 Active's storage capacity for applications and games is very similar to Huawei Mate 10's one, they have equal 64 GB internal memory and an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
Galaxy S8 Active's battery life is very similar to the battery lifetime in Huawei Mate 10. Galaxy S8 Active captures a little bit better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have a 12 megapixels camera, the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Galaxy S8 Active also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a better photo and video quality.
Galaxy S8 Active is a bit more expensive than the Huawei Mate 10, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
