Comparison review
The Xperia XZ Premium is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10, with a global score of 79.8 against 78.9. Even though Xperia XZ Premium and the Huawei Mate 10 were released only 5 months apart, Xperia XZ Premium's design is a bit thinner but also just a little heavier. Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with just a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 10. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 4 GB RAM.
The Xperia XZ Premium has a better display than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a bit darker display and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch in the screen and a way higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels. Xperia XZ Premium features as much storage to store more games and applications as Huawei Mate 10, both of them have equal internal storage and an external memory card slot that supports up to 256 GB.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor and a much higher resolution camera.
The Huawei Mate 10 counts with superior battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 24 percent more battery capacity.
