Comparison review
The Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10's 78.9 global score. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Xperia Z5 Premium has an older 5.1 version while Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10 version. The Xperia Z5 Premium is an notably older phone than Huawei Mate 10, but Sony managed to make it just a little lighter and a little thinner anyway.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a brighter display than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 3840 x 2160px and a much better pixel density. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with just a bit better processing power than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that allows up to 256 GB. The Huawei Mate 10 counts with just a bit longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for shooting pictures or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a way bigger camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a much more mega pixels back facing camera.
