The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 is a bit better than Huawei Mate 10, getting an 84.3 score against 78.9. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has a more recent 14 version and Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10 version. Although Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 is heavier than Huawei Mate 10, it's way thinner and way newer.
