Huawei Mate 10 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, having a 78.9 score against 78.3. The Huawei Mate 10 is a noticeably older and just a little heavier phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, but Huawei managed to build it just a little thinner anyway. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 10 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has Android 11.
Huawei Mate 10 has just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a slightly better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, because although it has much lower brightness and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher display density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 captures slightly better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a camera with lot more MP and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with a slightly better storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 10, else you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, letting go some features and specifications.
