The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a global score of 81.1, which is a bit better than Huawei Mate 10's 78.9 score. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro design is much newer, but a little thicker and somewhat heavier than Huawei Mate 10. Both of these devices work with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both should provide the user identical OS features.
Huawei Mate 10 features a sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features just a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a little faster processing unit than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 10, because it has a 26% more battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots much clearer photos and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a camera with much more MP and a much bigger back camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and photos.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it costs more money than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei Mate 10. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, else you can save some dollars and get the Huawei Mate 10, giving up some specifications.
