Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is slightly better than Huawei Mate 10, getting a score of 79 against 78.9. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S construction is noticeably newer, but heavier and just a little bit thicker than Huawei Mate 10. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a processing unit that's just as good as the Huawei Mate 10 one, both of them have 8 cores and the same RAM amount. Huawei Mate 10 counts with a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a better screen density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features just a bit more memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S captures better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also counts with a lot more megapixels back facing camera and a way larger camera sensor which provides a way higher image and video quality.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has improved battery life than Huawei Mate 10, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a better device, it costs a little more money than the Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei Mate 10. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei Mate 10, giving up some features and specs.
