The HTC U11 is slightly better than Huawei Mate 20 lite, with a score of 77.6 against 76.2. HTC U11's construction is a little lighter than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, but it's just a bit thicker and was released around 16 months before. HTC U11 features just a little better processing power than Huawei Mate 20 lite. Both of them have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount.
