Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 is much better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, getting a general score of 84 against 76.2. Huawei Mate 30's design is newer, but just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than Huawei Mate 20 lite. Both devices in our current comparison have Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 30 has the previous 10 version while Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Huawei Mate 30 has just a little better processing power than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a greater amount of RAM. Huawei Mate 30 counts with a screen that's very similar to the Huawei Mate 20 lite one, because although the Huawei Mate 30 has a just a little less pixels per screen inch, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a quite bigger screen.
Huawei Mate 30 shoots a lot better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a way better (4K) video definition and a back facing camera with much more MP. Huawei Mate 20 lite has a bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Huawei Mate 30 counts with a bit longer battery life than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a 12% larger battery size.
