Comparison review
Huawei P30 Lite is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, having a global score of 77 against 76.2. Both phones in this comparison use Android operating system, but the Huawei P30 Lite has newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version, so it gives a couple additional features and improved performance. The Huawei P30 Lite design is a bit thinner and a little bit lighter than Huawei Mate 20 lite, although both of them were released only a couple of months apart.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite and the Huawei P30 Lite both feature similar processors, they have a Octa-Core CPU and 4 GB of RAM. Huawei P30 Lite counts with a screen that is very similar to the Huawei Mate 20 lite one, because although the Huawei P30 Lite has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2312 pixels and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display.
Huawei Mate 20 lite captures clearer videos and photos than Huawei P30 Lite, although it has a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a lesser megapixels resolution camera, they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture. The Huawei P30 Lite counts with a very superior memory to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 512 GB, the Huawei P30 Lite also has more internal storage capacity.
Huawei Mate 20 lite counts with just a bit better battery lifetime than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has a 12% greater battery size.
