Nokia 8.3 5G is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 20 lite, having a score of 80.5 against 76.2. These phones use Android OS, but Nokia 8.3 5G has older 11 version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo. Nokia 8.3 5G's design is much newer, but thicker and incredibly heavier than Huawei Mate 20 lite.
Huawei Mate 20 lite features a bit more vivid screen than Nokia 8.3 5G, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel amount in each inch in the screen.
