Galaxy A20s is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, getting a 77 score against 76.2. The Galaxy A20s design is newer than Huawei Mate 20 lite's, although it is just a little thicker and just a bit heavier. These devices use Android OS, but Galaxy A20s has 11 version while Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo.
Huawei Mate 20 lite features a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy A20s. Both of them have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
