The Galaxy M13 has a score of 81.1, which is slightly better than Huawei Mate 20 lite's 76.2 score. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M13 has an older 12 version while Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo. Galaxy M13's construction is way newer than Huawei Mate 20 lite's, although it is just a bit thicker and heavier.
