The Galaxy S22 Ultra is way better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, having a 95.4 score against 76.2. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy S22 Ultra has the previous 13 version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Galaxy S22 Ultra's body is much newer, but somewhat thicker and a lot heavier than Huawei Mate 20 lite.
