Xperia 1 II is much better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, having a 91 score against 76.2. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Xperia 1 II has an older 11 version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Xperia 1 II's construction is newer than the Huawei Mate 20 lite's, although it is just a bit thicker and just a little bit heavier.
Sony Xperia 1 II has a sharper screen than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels, a little bit larger display and a much greater pixels density. Xperia 1 II features a little faster CPU than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 II also has 4 GB more RAM.
