Xiaomi 14 is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, getting a score of 79.4 against 76.2. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi 14 has the older 14 version while Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo. Xiaomi 14 is a incredibly newer cellphone than Huawei Mate 20 lite, although it is a bit thicker and just a little bit heavier.
Huawei Mate 20 lite has a really superior performance than Xiaomi 14, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
