The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a score of 82.9, which is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3 XL's general score of 80.7. Despite being the best device in this comparison review, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro body is a bit thicker and just a little heavier than the Google Pixel 3 XL. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a bit sharper screen than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3120, a quite larger display and a little greater amount of pixels in each inch of screen.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 64 GB more internal memory. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a little faster processor than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has more RAM.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features superior battery performance than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity. Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a superior camera than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and a same size aperture, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3 XL. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Google Pixel 3 XL, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
