Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a bit better than the HTC One M9, with an 82.9 score against 77.7. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a way newer and somewhat thinner phone than HTC One M9, but it's also somewhat heavier. The HTC One M9 counts with a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a little bit less pixels per display inch, a way smaller display and a lot worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a much better memory capacity for applications and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. HTC One M9 features just a bit better processing power than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64 bits processing unit.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a much better camera than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video definition, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a camera in the back with a way better 40 mega-pixels resolution, a lot bigger back camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a bigger aperture.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a very superior battery life than HTC One M9, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity against 2840mAh.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One M9. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC One M9, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
