Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate 10, having a overall score of 82.9 against 78.9. Huawei Mate 20 Pro's construction is newer, but just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 10. Huawei Mate 10 features a little bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a little bit lower screen density, a bit smaller screen and a bit lower 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Huawei Mate 10 features a bit bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 256 GB. Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a bit faster processor than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features just a bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 10, because it has a 5% more battery capacity. Huawei Mate 20 Pro takes much better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking images in low-light environments, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video quality, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also counts with a lot bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and pictures and a camera in the back with way more MP.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei Mate 10. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Huawei Mate 10, letting go some features and specifications.
