Comparison review
The Huawei Mate X has a score of 89.4, which is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro's global score of 82.9. Huawei Mate X's body is newer, but heavier and a lot thicker than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Huawei Mate X features a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei Mate X also has a greater amount of RAM.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a little sharper display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a much smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1440 x 3120px, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per screen inch. The Huawei Mate X counts with a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has more internal storage.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a way better camera than Huawei Mate X. Both have a same size camera aperture, a 40 MP resolution camera in the back and a same size camera sensor. Huawei Mate X counts with just a little better battery life than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate X, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, giving up a couple features and specs.
