Huawei Mate 20 Pro is just a bit better than Moto G9 Plus, having a overall score of 82.9 against 80.5. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro construction is thinner and somewhat lighter than Moto G9 Plus, although it was released just a little more than a year before. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a little better hardware performance than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has more RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a bit sharper display than Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a higher display density. Moto G9 Plus features a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same aperture, the same back camera sensor size and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Moto G9 Plus also has a back facing camera with way more megapixels.
Motorola Moto G9 Plus counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto G9 Plus also has an external SD slot that admits up to 512 GB.
