Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a bit better than Motorola One Hyper, having an 82.9 score against 79.8. Huawei Mate 20 Pro's body is a little bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than Motorola One Hyper, even though it was released only 13 months before. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features just a bit better looking display than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a better pixels number in each screen inch.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a little better processing power than Motorola One Hyper, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has more RAM memory. Motorola One Hyper counts with a much better memory to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola One Hyper also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a little bit better camera than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a camera with a much worse 40 mega pixels resolution and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better images and video in low light situations. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a bit longer battery life than Motorola One Hyper, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola One Hyper, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola One Hyper. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Motorola One Hyper, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
