Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A50s is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, having a overall score of 86.6 against 82.9. Samsung Galaxy A50s is a newer cellphone, and it's also thinner and somewhat lighter than Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a little more vivid display than Galaxy A50s, and although they both have a same size screen, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a better count of pixels per inch in the display and a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy A50s. They have 6 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy A50s has a very superior memory to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy A50s also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Galaxy A50s both have extremely similar cameras, because although the Galaxy A50s has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for taking images or videos in poorly lited environments and a smaller back-facing camera sensor which gives a worse photo and video quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, it also counts with a more MP back facing camera.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro features just a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy A50s, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
