Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Fold is much better than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, getting a overall score of 97.6 against 82.9. The Samsung Galaxy Fold body is newer and much thinner than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro's, although it is heavier. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a better pixel quantity per inch of screen.
Galaxy Fold features a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Fold has a little faster processor than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Fold also has more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Fold has just a bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting images and video in low light environments and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also counts with a back-facing camera with much more MP and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a lot higher photo and video quality.
Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Fold, else you can save some money and get the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, giving up a couple features and specifications.
