Galaxy Note10 is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, with an 89 score against 82.9. The Galaxy Note10 is a newer phone, and it's also somewhat lighter and a bit thinner than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. The Galaxy Note10 counts with a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Note10 also has more RAM. Huawei Mate 20 Pro captures much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note10, because although it has a smaller aperture and slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also counts with a lot better resolution back-facing camera and a way bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

Galaxy Note10 counts with a superior memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal memory. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note10, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.

Although Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei Mate 20 Pro. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Note10, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, resigning a couple features and specifications.
