The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, with a 98 score against 82.9. Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, it is a little thicker and heavier. Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a little lower 1440 x 3120 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher pixels density.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little faster CPU than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G costs a lot more than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
