Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a score of 82.9, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S4's 79 score. Huawei Mate 20 Pro's design is a lot newer than Galaxy S4's, although it's a little thicker and noticeably heavier. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 4 GB more RAM and more cores.
The Galaxy S4 counts with a bit better display than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080, a really smaller screen and a just a bit worse display density. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a bit more memory for applications and games than Galaxy S4, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro captures way better photographs and videos than Galaxy S4, because it has a much better video quality, a much higher 40 megapixels resolution camera in the back, a lot bigger camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a bigger aperture for better photography in low light environments.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a really longer battery performance than Galaxy S4, because it has a 4200mAh battery size instead of 2600mAh.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S4, resigning a couple features and specs.
