Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro's global score of 82.9. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an incredibly older cellphone than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, but Samsung made it way lighter and somewhat thinner. The Galaxy S6 Edge has a sharper display than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has a way smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, it also counts with a bit better pixel count in each screen inch.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a bit better CPU than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64 bits CPU and an extra graphics co-processor. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and Huawei Mate 20 Pro count with quite similar memory to install applications and games, both have the same internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a very superior battery life than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 62% more battery capacity. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a camera in the back with a much better 40 mega-pixels resolution, a bigger aperture to take better low-light captures and videos and a way bigger sensor capturing lot higher quality photographs.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S6 Edge, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, giving up a couple specs and features.
