The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, getting a overall score of 82.9 against 78.1. Huawei Mate 20 Pro's construction is a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, although it's just a little heavier and was released many years before. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a better screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a lot higher 1440 x 3120 resolution, a larger screen and a much better pixels count per inch of screen.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a bit better CPU than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM. Huawei Mate 20 Pro shoots greater videos and photos than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a much better 3840x2160 video definition and a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
Galaxy XCover 5 features a superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1 TB. Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a 40% bigger battery size.
