Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III is better than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, having a score of 93.3 against 82.9. The Xperia 1 III construction is extremely newer, just a bit lighter and just a little thinner than Huawei Mate 20 Pro. The Xperia 1 III features a slightly better screen than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has a little bit more pixels per inch of display, a higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution and a bit bigger display.
The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a little bit better processing power than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have 8 cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has 6 GB more RAM memory. Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a bit better camera than Xperia 1 III, because although it has worse video frame rate and a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs or video in low-light environments, and they both have a same size sensor and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also counts with a way better resolution camera.
The Xperia 1 III features a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage.
