HTC U Ultra has a global score of 77, which is slightly better than Huawei Mate 20 X's global score of 75.6. Although the HTC U Ultra is older than Huawei Mate 20 X, it's construction is incredibly lighter and just a bit thinner. The Huawei Mate 20 X features a little bit better performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has more processing cores and more RAM.
HTC U Ultra features a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate 20 X, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a higher screen pixels density. The HTC U Ultra counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 X, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The Huawei Mate 20 X has a much better battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
