Both phones in this comparison review have Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 10 has older 10 version while Huawei Mate 20 X has Android 9.0 Pie. The Huawei Mate 10 is a somewhat lighter phone than Huawei Mate 20 X, but both are equally thin.
