Comparison review
LG G8 ThinQ is better than the Huawei Mate 20 X, with a global score of 84.3 against 75.6. The LG G8 ThinQ construction is lighter but just a little thicker than the Huawei Mate 20 X, and they were released only a couple months apart. Both of these phones use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS, so they should provide the user very similar OS features.
The LG G8 ThinQ counts with an incredibly better looking display than Huawei Mate 20 X, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3120px resolution and much more pixels per inch in the screen. The LG G8 ThinQ has just a bit better performance than Huawei Mate 20 X. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and a 6 GB RAM memory.
LG G8 ThinQ has a lot better camera than Huawei Mate 20 X, because although it has a much smaller back-facing camera sensor taking much lower quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a larger camera aperture and better 60 fps video frame rate.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20 X, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external SD slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 20 X features a much longer battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
