Motorola edge is much better than the Huawei Mate 20 X, getting a general score of 89.6 against 75.6. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but Motorola edge has 10 version while Huawei Mate 20 X has Android 9.0 Pie. Although the Motorola edge is thicker than the Huawei Mate 20 X, it's lighter and newer.
The Motorola edge features a little bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 20 X, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit more pixels per inch of screen. The Huawei Mate 20 X features a little better hardware performance than Motorola edge. They have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory.
Motorola edge has much more storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 20 X, because it has 128 GB more internal memory and an external SD slot that allows up to 1000 GB. The Huawei Mate 20 X features just a bit better battery lifetime than Motorola edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
The Motorola edge captures a lot better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 20 X. They have a same size sensor, the same (4K) video quality, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same camera aperture.
