Comparison review
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20 X, with a global score of 79.8 against 75.6. These phones have Android operating system, but the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has the older 10 version while Huawei Mate 20 X has Android 9.0 Pie version. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G's design is somewhat lighter but just a bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 20 X, and they were released with only 7 months difference.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei Mate 20 X, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a much better looking display than Huawei Mate 20 X, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a better screen pixel density.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G captures much better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20 X, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor offering a lower image quality, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also counts with a bigger aperture for better low-light images and videos and higher 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20 X, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate 20 X has better battery duration than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
