Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Huawei Mate 20 X, getting a 98 score against 75.6. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the older 13 version while Huawei Mate 20 X has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is newer and just a bit lighter, but just a bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 20 X.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a better screen than Huawei Mate 20 X, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px.
