Galaxy S21 Ultra has a general score of 98.1, which is a lot better than Huawei Mate 20 X's 75.6 score. These phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S21 Ultra has the older 11 version and Huawei Mate 20 X has Android 9.0 Pie. Galaxy S21 Ultra's design is much newer and just a little lighter than the Huawei Mate 20 X's, but it is also a bit thicker.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a little bit better performance than Huawei Mate 20 X, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a lot better looking display than Huawei Mate 20 X, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a higher pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra captures way better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 20 X, and although they both have the same aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a lot larger camera sensor capturing lot better quality videos and pictures and a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution.
