Xiaomi 14 Ultra is better than the Huawei Mate 20 X, with an 84.4 score against 75.6. These devices come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the previous 14 version and Huawei Mate 20 X has Android 9.0 Pie version.
