Comparison review
Huawei Mate X2 is better than the Huawei Mate 20, getting a general score of 89.1 against 79.5. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but Huawei Mate X2 has the previous 10 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Huawei Mate X2 design is incredibly newer and a bit thinner than the Huawei Mate 20's, although it's also notably heavier.
The Huawei Mate X2 counts with a bit faster CPU than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 20 features a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate X2, although it has a little bit smaller display, a just a bit lower display density and a lot worse 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution.
The Huawei Mate X2 has a much bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 256 GB internal memory. Huawei Mate X2 has just a little better battery life than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 13 percent more battery capacity. Huawei Mate X2 counts with a much better camera than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for low light photos and video, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate X2 also counts with a way more MP back camera.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei Mate 20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei Mate 20. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
