Comparison review
The Huawei Nova 9 is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20, having a score of 81 against 79.5. Both phones we are comparing use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Nova 9 has older 11 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Huawei Nova 9 is a way newer cellphone, and it's also a little thinner and a little lighter than Huawei Mate 20.
The Huawei Mate 20 has a little more vivid screen than Huawei Nova 9, although it has a quite worse number of pixels per inch of screen, a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2244px and a little smaller display. Huawei Nova 9's processing unit is just as good as the Huawei Mate 20 one, and although the Huawei Nova 9 has 4 GB more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Huawei Nova 9 captures much better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Huawei Nova 9 also counts with a back facing camera with a much better 50 mega pixels resolution.
The Huawei Nova 9's storage for applications and games is very similar to the Huawei Mate 20 one, they have exactly the same internal memory. The Huawei Nova 9 features just a bit longer battery life than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
